DCCAK is a registered, non-profit professional association established in
February 2024, and recognized as the first legally constituted body
representing digital content creators pioneering the effort in Africa.
Our membership is drawn from a diverse and inclusive range of creators across
all platforms, genres, and regions of Kenya—including comedy, education,
health, fashion, tech, advocacy, lifestyle, and more.

The leadership team of DCCAK is composed of seasoned content creators,
digital media strategists, legal advisors, and policy advocates who have come
together to champion the interests of the creative sector.
Our Secretary General, Terence Creative, C.E.O Director Trevor, Organizing
secretary Ms.Nasra and Board member, Lucia Musau, are among Kenya’s most
influential digital voices, lending credibility, experience, and reach to the
association’s mission.

We also work closely with content agencies, civil society, legal experts, and tech
platforms to align our work with global best practices and ensure that Kenyan
creators have a competitive edge both locally and internationally.
